The purpose of the website form is to gather the information I need in a way that’s simple, easy, efficient, and most importantly, accurate.
While I understand it can be annoying to have to do this for 3-5 providers, it’s the best method I’ve come up with so far on my end. My preference would be to have an office manager that would take calls and your information that way, but I cannot have an office manager AND have the low prices that I do.
Another benefit of the webform is that I’ve published information that answers all of the generic questions I’ve received over the years, so instead of having to wait on me to answer, people can see the information there on my website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
