Vendors

Vendors information page.

Vendors are one of the three vital legs to any company, so establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with quality Vendors is very important to the leadership at Done Right by Daniel.
Vendors include Contractors, SubContractors, Suppliers, and T&E sources.

As a Vendor to Done Right by Daniel, or its client(s), you are expected to provide timely service in a quality, professional manner.

If you have questions or concerns about your Vendor relationship with us, or would like to start one, you may fill out the form, and we will respond shortly.

Standards:

All Vendors are expected to:

  1. Provide clear and timely paperwork properly formatted to industry standards.
    • This includes Quotes, Estimates, Bids, Invoices, and RFI’s.
  2. Communicate in a clear and reasonably polite manner.
  3. Provide any needed details up front or in a timely fashion.

Further, any Vendors performing work on a site:

  1. They must have and provide proper documentation:
    • A COI for their insurance, General Liability of $1MM or more, with appropriate add-ons for the trade(s) or Project(s), in .pdf format.
    • A W-9, filled and signed, in .pdf format.
    • Proper licensing for their trade(s) where applicable.
  2. They must present and conduct themselves in a professional manner while on site
    • There is no drug, alcohol, or tobacco use allowed.
    • No vulgar or rude speech, writing, graphics, or clothing.
  3. All work must be completed on time per the project schedule, and to building code, building plans, or Scope of Work standards, whichever is greater.
  4. All sites must be left broom clean at the end of each day.

The way we do things:

We conduct business in accordance with Industry Standards.

It is understood that your quote, estimate, or bid is dependent on the Scope of Work we send you; any discrepancies between the SoW and the Project need to be addressed, in writing, when you first find them.

RfB’s will be sent as projects come in. You may respond with:

  1. Quote (about this much), or,
  2. Estimate (This much for labor, this much for materials, no more than 5% variance), or,
  3. Bid (exactly this much money for this scope, no more, no less.
