SubContractors are one of the three vital legs to any company, so establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with quality SubContractors is very important to the leadership at Done Right by Daniel.
As a SubContractor to Done Right by Daniel, or its client(s), you are expected to provide timely service in a quality, professional manner.

Standards:
All subcontractors must have and provide:
1) A COI for their insurance, General Liability of $1MM or more, with appropriate add-ons for the trade(s) or Project(s), in .pdf format.
2) A W-9, filled and signed, in .pdf format.
3) RfB’s will be sent as projects come in. You may provide:
– Quote (about this much)
– Estimate (This much for labor, this much for materials, no more than 5% variance)
-Bid (exactly this much money for this scope, no more, no less.
It is understood that your quote, estimate, or bid is dependant on the Scope of Work I send you; any discrepancies between the SoW and the Project need to be addresses, in writing, on the first day you’re on site.
4) All Payment requests must be a properly formatted and complete Invoice,
5) There is no tobacco, drug, or alcohol use allowed on my project sites.
6) All work must be completed on time per the project schedule, and to building code, building plans, or Scope of Work standards, whichever is greater.
7) All sites must be left broom clean at the end of each day.
