My contract is with you, the homeowner, and it’s my responsibility to ensure all the things that need to be handled for you, are properly handled.
I do this by integrating with the Contractor; attending meetings, visiting the site, gathering the details, verifying the facts, ensuring that everything built by them is built correctly, to the plans and specifications you’re paying for.
Would you go to court without an attorney?
Would you replace a bad tooth without a dentist?
Would you skydive without a parachute?
Of course not!
So don’t build without your Owners Representative!
