Sprinkler Blowouts

Ready to winterize your sprinkler system(s)?

Things you need to know:

  1. I charge a flat rate of $75 to come out to your site and blow out one system, additional systems are $25/each.
  2. A system is defined as each separate connection I need to make from my air compressor to your sprinklers.
  3. There is an additional $50 charge for crawlspaces or other limited-access spaces; if I cannot walk to the pipes and fittings, it is considered limited access.
  4. I handle most communications via email to help me keep track of things. Running a service business by yourself is A LOT!

The Service you’re buying:

A complete blowout of your sprinkler system(s):
I will turn off the water going into your sprinkler systems, connect my air compressor to your system(s), and blow compressed air at ~ 100 PSI into each of your sprinkler zones, one zone at a time, until no more water is coming out.
– If needed, I will install an air line connector. You have the option to purchase that from me to keep.
I will also operate any drain valves in the system to ensure complete evacuation of water.

What to expect from me:

Once you fill and submit the request form, I will:

Review your request to ensure it is in my service area,
Enter your information into my secure CRM system and send you an estimate form with all the details.
You will then review the document, and if all is in order, you accept the estimate.
Once I receive the accepted estimate, I will schedule you according to my next availability, and when you’d like me to come out.
Please note, you do NOT need to be present for me to perform this service, so long as I have access to the shut off valves and sprinkler system!
Once I am done, I will let you know, and you can then pay the invoice, you do NOT need to pre-pay!

I will also provide you with an inspection report for your system, and alert you to any damages or repairs needed prior to using your system again.

Why put off to tomorrow what we could be getting done today?
