For this project, we turned this:

For the garage walk door, the customer had issues with the door leaking and not closing correctly, with some rotting. It was time to replace it, so we did!
I had a few challenges to overcome along the way; the threshold was lower for the door than the concrete walkway outside, perhaps from someone pouring the walkway after the door was installed and digging down deep enough.
I resolved this by adding ready mix concrete, with mesh support, into the threshold.
