Time to turn your to-do’s into ‘Done(s)’?
The first thing I want you to know is that I do not compete on price, I compete on quality. While my prices are usually somewhere in the ‘middle’, my quality is almost always beyond compare as I ensure every step is Done Right, by Daniel.
Second, there’s two ways to hire me:
- Service call
- Flat rate $75.
- ‘Call for Service’, meaning you need someone to come service the thing that’s broken or not working correctly.
- This means I will be applying tools and/or equipment to the problem to determine why it is not working.
- I schedule you for a 1-hour appointment with a 2 hour window.
- So your service call might be scheduled 1000 – 1200, but I’m aiming to be there for only one hour.
- I review the situation, and either:
- Diagnose the faulty device, provide you with a comprehensive list of what needs to be replaced, and why, OR,
- I perform the service requested (Swap a light fixture, install a TV, ETC).
- Additional items are $25/each
- Time and Materials:
- I charge $75/hour,
- I bill you for the actual materials (I do not mark up materials),
- I bill you only for the time I’m working for you, including travel time, in quarter of an hour increments.
Things you need to know:
- I charge a $75 service call to come out to your site. I do this to cover my costs so I can stay in business.
- All initial site visits are booked as a service call. Once on site, I will further assess the issue(s), concern(s), or problem(s) and we will work together to determine the best course of action.
- I will first send you an estimate for the service call, which includes an agreement to the terms.
Once this has been accepted by you, then I will schedule the site visit.
No site visits will be performed without an accepted agreement. - I can provide you with estimates on site for additional work as needed.
- I handle most communications via email to help me keep track of things. Running a service business by yourself is A LOT!

All of my work is warrantied for the manufacturers warranty or the life of the product, and I HATE having to go back and do my own work over again, so I just do it right the first time. 🙂
