Hello all, Happy New Year, I hope your Holidays were bright and cheery, and if not, I hope you’re making headway for the next round of Holidays!
We had a very busy and mostly productive Holiday Season; I counted up 21 service calls completed for my neighbors in Falcon, Peyton, and Elbert, all successfully completed!
I am grateful for your trust in us, and for allowing us to serve your needs with our skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting.
In the Facility Management division all of the facilities in our care are working well, with two coming up on routine maintenance soon, and one coming up on a major repair that needs to be handled this quarter.
That last one is a big job, lots to do and several pieces to align just right, but that’s what we do here!
In the Carpentry division, we finished two projects; the garage door roll trim and floor seal, and finishing up a barn to make it safe for horses to come home for a new resident!
The Garage door trim and seal project has been a long and difficult journey, and we greatly appreciate the customers patience. They advised that our clear, consistent communication and obvious dedication to quality in the craft is what allowed them to stay patient throughout the process.
Like a Dr. Suess book, oh the issues we found! as we uncovered a half dozen things done wrong or skipped altogether during the previous work, so most of that job was making those things right.
Now it’s all done, sealed up nice and tight, no more water intrudes into the garage, and it’s ready for paint!
*Note that this is sanded, caulked, and filled as needed, the customer requested to the painting themselves.

For the barn project, we finished covering the interior stall walls with sheet metal, and then sealing up the joints and edges to make it safe and ready.
This process had already been started by the previous owner of the property, and the new owner (my client) opted to have us finish it out.
We inspected to ensure that everything was safe and ready, hung the water buckets, routed holes for the power cables (heated buckets!), and made a few other repairs around the place.

There won’t be any cribbing going on in these stalls!
In the office we’re learning new bits and pieces of the upgraded software, which is very exciting! We’re looking forward to the new features this software should bring, and improved workflows.
