I had a slow week, recovering from being sick last week, but glad to be back on my feet!
In the Facility Management division all of the facilities in our care are working well, and I’ve added another house to the pack.
This owner was a referral from an existing customer, and was very excited to learn that such a service exists outside of a ‘Property Management’ company. They’ve had 3 years of experience with nine different companies, but none of them had anyone on staff who could answer any of their questions about construction, maintenance, or how to take care of a house.
He grilled me for half an hour on these topics, but I aced the test!
In the Carpentry division, my estimates from last week were reviewed and one was accepted. I had a couple calls from another estimate with a customer asking me to ‘lower the price to something more reasonable’, but they refused to tell me what they considered ‘reasonable’, or, what they were willing to remove the scope.
In the office things are running smoothly (for now, shhh, don’t tell the software!).
