Hello all!
I had a great week, back in the ‘swing of things’ with a nice mix of field projects and office work.
In the Facility Management division all of the facilities in our care are working well.
The new client I added last week is thoroughly impressed with all of the things I’ve brought to his attention, and wonders why the Property Management companies he’s worked with in the past didn’t provide any of the documents or templates I provided.
I suspect it’s the quality over quantity issues that’s common, but it may also be my extensive experience in construction.
In the Carpentry division, I built and installed a 12 foot wide by 10 foot high built in cabinet for a living room entertainment center that I’ll be finishing out next week.
The customer specifically requested no pictures, no identifying information, and I am honoring that request.
In the office things are running smoothly and I’m all caught up on the backlog from me being out sick, mostly thanks to process maps and clear workflows that keep me focused and on task!
