Hello all!
I had a great week, a little slower than usual, but I took advantage of the lull to get some things off the ‘to-do’ list.
When things slow down for me, I spend half of the ‘open time’ looking for more work to fill my time, and the other half catching up on things, or working on things ahead of schedule wherever possible.
In the Facility Management division all of the facilities in our care are working well.
One site is experiencing some plumbing issues, so we’ve called in the ‘big guns’ to make a clean shot, and then to get a clear view of the situation.
Don from Roto Cleaning came out and cleaned the main line; very impressive cleaning out a 4″ main line from a 3″ entrance, but he got it done!
Matt was out shortly after to scope the line; it was MUCH cleaner than the previous scope, and likely to be great for a long time coming!
In the Carpentry division, I built a few small custom items for customers, boring stuff for most, but I enjoy it.
In the office things are running smoothly and I’m supposed to be setting up the new CRM system this week. I’ve never used a CRM system for my own business since I usually work B2B, but it’s included and many business owners far more successful than myself have recommended I get it set up, so off I go!
As always, I appreciate the trust you put into my company, and we keep working to repay that trust with quality work done right, done well, and for a fair price!
