Hello all!
I had a great week, back in the ‘swing of things’ with a nice mix of field projects and office work.
In the Facility Management division all of the facilities in our care are working well.
I added a new facility with a new client this week; they have some little stuff on their plate now and some ideas for future work, but have been having trouble getting someone to come out to their place very far East in the East Plains.
I recognize this issue as it’s common; the cost of travel for tradespeople based in the Springs is just too high, and that’s just a part of business.
Since I’m already in the East Plains, I’m happy to serve my neighbors!
In the Carpentry division, I worked on small projects for myself, nothing major.
In the office I polished up some process maps and removed some unnecessary steps.
The CRM option fell through; the vendor isn’t ready to move forward, and I’m too busy with existing work to add that project at this time.
Perhaps in the future!
